Bicton Arena run both Affiliated showjumping (BS) and Unaffiliated showjumping throughout the year. We host numerous multi-day BS Shows through the Summer months, our busiest one being our Spectacular show where we run HOYS Qualifiers and stable in excess of 800 horses on site. These shows make use of all our arenas, both all-weather and grass, with the showcase classes being held in the iconic TopSpec Main Arena.
Whilst the multi-day shows only run through the Summer months, we also run single days of BS in February and March on the all-weather arenas.
Unaffiliated showjumping runs all year round, normally making use of the all-weather arenas.

The courses run through Grade One Listed Parkland over undulating, well draining permanent pasture. Fences are up to height, solidly built and are considered to be fair but challenging, rewarding forward and accurate riding. Great attention is paid to footing, as well as presentation and dressing of all courses.
We run British Dressage competitions once a month with levels varying from Prelim – Grand Prix, Bicton Arena will be hosting the Regional Championships and also a Summer Petplan Area Festival.

We have over 250 stables on site. Bedding & forage are available to purchase on-site at our major shows.

There will be AA signage for both of the International Horse TrialsThe Bolting Horse operate the on-site catering concession. They sell amazing toasties, great coffee & scrumptious homemade cakes . There is also a licensed bar at both of the International Horse Trials and the multi-day Show jumping Shows.
Onsite permanent toilet & shower block and electric hook up available on request.
Visitors are welcome to bring dogs if they are kept on leads at all times and you pick up after them. Please do not leave your dog in the car in warm weather. Spot checks will be happening regularly throughout the day.
