Faq's

• How do I book the arena?

  Go to “Hire” and click on the purple icon on day you wish to book.

   

  This will then take you to the Equine Affairs page where you will be able to make an online booking.

   

  Click on the purple icon that says “Enter” at the top of the page.

   

  Once you have entered your details once on Equine Affairs, they will be auto-saved so each time you go back to make a booking they will be available without re-keying everything.

• How do I volunteer?

  • Fill in the volunteer form at the bottom of this page.

• How do I enter?

  1. Go to “Events Calendar” and click on the event you wish to enter.
  2. This will then take you to the Equine Affairs page to make an online entry.
  3. Once you have entered your details once on Equine Affairs, they will be auto-saved so each time you go back to make a booking they will be available without re-keying everything.

• I have forgotten my login details for Equine Affairs, what should I do?

  • Submit a “Password Reminder” to Equine Affairs to recover your password.
  • You can always contact them on 07798 626075.

• How much does it cost to hire the facilities?

  • Go to “Facilities” and click on which one you are interested in to see a full price list.
